  • Horizon was exceptional, and we will use their services again. My only criticism is that they increased the price at the last minute by nearly a $100, citing a failure to add up the totals correctly. That said, Mike was excellent, and the owner, Bob, has apologized for the confusion. My parting advice is to look at the breakdown and add up the totals yourself in advance. I still recommend them, though, and their quote was much less than another company we consulted! My floors still look great, and it's been a few weeks of abuse! Ha!
