  • Foothills is the best place to go, hands down! After dealing with a bad shoulder for 9 years I finally decided to have surgery to repair a SLAP tear, bankhart & hill sachs lesion. I was really dreading the 6 month recovery but I couldn't continue to live my life with a useless arm. My first visit to Foothills was the day after my surgery and I was super nervous. Rich and his team addressed all of my concerns and made the recovery a breeze compared to what I was expecting. I would see my strength and range of motion improving with each and every visit and that made it super easy to keep up with my exercises at home because I knew they were working. I really learned a lot from everyone there and if I ever need physical therapy again, I'll be going to Foothills.
