  • I had chipped a tooth at dinner a week ago. The chip escalated to a larger portion of my tooth missing. I called and set up an appointment as a new customer. I had filled out the patient information beforehand to quicken up the waiting room process. I arrived 30 minutes early for a 5pm appointment and was seen within 15 minutes! The desk person was kind, helpful, and happy. It turns out a filling had chipped off. Dr. Graffari and her assistant (?) were both kind and easygoing, and answered the questions I had about what they were doing and advised me on the different types of fillings I could have. I didn't expect to have them perform the procedure right then, but they did it no problem and quickly! She made sure I was comfortably numb before starting. I was out by 5:30pm. The procedure was painless. After talking with her, I found she was trained by Dr. Frank Cappetta of the South Hills of Cappetta Dentistry, who I know to be a great dentist from my last. I seriously hope this review provides some insight to those looking for a dentistry in the Southside!
