  • Good service. They were good about finding problems and fixing it well. I also liked the car loaner service... but there were some downfalls. The prices are wayyyy too expensive. After getting a job done for 900 some dollars, I asked my father in law, who's a mechanic if he thought I overpaid for the job. He said he'd charge only 500 dollars for a job like that. Were they trying to play me because I'm a woman and they thought I didn't know any better? Or do they just think people will pay that high a price in Medina? I'm not sure. I'd go back again, but I'd bring my husband to make sure they don't cheat me. Also, wish they had weekend hours or were open later or earlier for people who work. I always have to get off work early in order to pick up/drop off my car when I take it there.
