  • This company continues to have terrible customer service with there internet service. I've had multiple negative experiences with them. When I change my plan they don't put the right information, customer service not willing to try and solve my problems so they hang up the phone. Billing changing in price for no apparent reason. They don't seem to care about resolving the customers problems here.
