Do not bring your computers here.
I don't know how they are with phones (I hear they're very good) but I made a critical mistake and brought in my iMac for a hard-drive replacement. They took three days to replace it and charged a lot of money to do it(even though I brought my own replacement drive). Fine, okay, I was trying to save myself some money but a working computer is a working computer, right?
A couple of days later I'm back in their office. After updating my OS, suddenly the computer won't read the information on my backup drive and I need to install everything back on the computer. I SHOULD have bought the older OS myself online, but foolishly I took it back. After another long weekend's worth of wait I had my computer back and everything was working fine again. Hooray!
WRONG
The tech who did the work on my hard drive didn't attach the temp sensor so my computer's fan began humming like crazy almost immediately. It was like working on an airplane. Instead of taking it back to them, again, to fix a problem that should have been obvious the moment the tech booted the computer up, I took it to an Apple-affiliated store. THAT store diagnosed the sensor issue immediately. THAT store fixed the problem in fifteen minutes. THAT store gets my business from now on.
