Please fix that my polishing unit was covered by my plan but the billing clerk said not and the overcharged amount was CAD 60.00. This is annoyed... Next time I would not like you will repeat such thing! I should not have to watch my money like that but I did because I would have lost $ and still not seeing you fix it. If you were not sure please do not use my credit card like you did. Question: why didn't the "honourable" billing clerk wait untill she will be sure. Overcharge doesn't seem honest!
Same the coordinator clerk did not want to take that note instead she tried to redirect me or exactly she told me to call the Accounts Receivable lady. She could pass the message herself before I advised her to do that. This is annoyed.
