  • I honestly don't know if people who post on here work here . This lady says that this community is "safe" while they have had a hand full of break ins , I have seen a fight between a couple where police were called . Also, you may be stuck living in front of bikers and gangers who don't follow rules and never use a leash on a dog which is stated in the contract . Staff is alright , change of management every several months . I started living here in 2014 and even before this in 2009 I lived here . You know what has changed ? NOTHING. Literally the same appliances and 7 years ago . Money making machine; they don't want to invest . Real advice , hire an agent and rent or buy a home . Most likely will be the same price but not such a hassle and more room !
