  • I think there has been a change of management and staff. Mr. Starkman doesn't seem to be there, and the employees at the store should not be entrusted to run a pencil stand in Bangalore. We had been buying from them for years but in the last year there had been missed orders, overcharging, disorganization and rudeness. I say "had" because we switched to another supplier and have not looked back. My GF is a quadriplegic so we spend a lot of money each year on certain healthcare supplies that she uses.
