Purchased car few months back sales experience was alright but was dishonest about getting me an additional key for months. She kept saying she ordered it but when I finally started reaching out to the service center myself they said not in system. Secondly, I have received horrendous customer service from the service center including the idiot loser Melissa and her monkey a** boss Joe who doesn't give a sh** if you have a problem with service. Left literally about 10 voicemails between them last 2 weeks and nothing back. Anytime I call service center Joe is on a "call" oh shut up you woman and answer the phone grow some you know whats. Entire service center appears to be pieces of sh** doesn't know what they are doing just awful service...already contacted the leadership team in the district but I suspect they are ready to "clean house" soon after what they said in my conversation with them :) bye bye!
