  • I went this morning to get my chai latte, the drive through line was not long, but it wast standing still, once I got to the window, the cashier (16-19 yo guy) looked like if he didn't wanna be there, he didn't greet me, to begin with, he seemed confused and it took him a while to give me my order even though it had been sitting in front of his face all along. He finally gave me my stuff and didn't say a word. 15 minutes for a grande chai latte and zero courtesy is unacceptable, they could pick up the pace, but they honestly looked lazy and/or confused.
