  • I don't know why I continue to go back to store that has some of the poorest customer service in the state of NEVADA. (that says a lot considering I haven't been to every store in this state) Last night, July 26, 2016 I was in this store for almost 2 hours...I went to purchase 2 items a new TV and a Camera. I was in the TV section for an hour with NO Assistance from anyone, not a single person offered to help me, provide me information, advise me of any sales NOTHING. The sad part about this whole situation is this is not the first encounter with poor service. About 6 months ago I went to this store for security cameras. Once again my self and my co-worker were never offered any assistance and after more than an hour and a half and read more boxes than I ever wanted to someone finally decided to help us. Too late we had already made a decision and were on our way to check out spending (864.and some change). I am not sure if all of the Best Buy stores are like this but this one definitely is. Steer clear if at all possible. This is not a good store and on top of this I have complained to the manager before. No change. :( AVOID THIS BEST BUY....GO TO FRY'S OR TARGET OR SEARS OR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
