  • If you are looking for a pest control company, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE Aruza Pest Control. Their guys have been going around neighborhoods trying to get more business and promising great value and a 5 star rating, HOWEVER, they rip you off and charge an arm and a leg. We ended up getting billed over $380 in less than a month an a half for 2 service visits! They did not disclose their fees and showed up to spray again without us asking them to, then charged us another $130. When my husband called to talk to the owner to find out why we got charged again, he said it was in your contract, but when Solomon, one of the owners talked to us trying to win our business he didn't mention that fact, trying to hide the fees. Then, he had the nerve to yell at my husband and said he will charge us $175 cancellation fee, which he promptly did. Don't buy into their fake 5 star rating on facebook, they offer people free pest control for that or are based on the client promoting them. Extremely disappointed in this company and how they handle the business. Will NEVER do business with them again and reporting them to BBB.
