This Footlocker in the SouthPark Mall has to be the Most Unprofessional, Careless, and Non Customer Oriented stores Ive ever come across. I called this store 4 times and different times during the same day letting the phone ring for MINUTES and no one ever answered the phone. The last time I called this STORE for 5 MINUTES straight left the phone on SPEAKERPHONE no one answered it just rang & rang. No one answered the phone rung for 5 minutes straight then it got disconnected. So the workers are so HORRIBLE they are SO DETERMINED to not ANSWER the phone they will even go as far as PICKING UP to only to HANG UP. This ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! It's funny how nowadays even MANAGERS running a store don't care how the store is being run. However if you were the OWNER you would FEEL DIFFERENT about workers not answering phone calls since that money is coming DIRECTLY out of your pockets from workers not answering phone calls, losing business, and caring. Don't be fooled by people giving generalized reviews about what the company Footlocker has to offer as a whole. There is a BIG DIFFERENCE between what FOOT LOCKER is as a CORPORATE COMPANY and what this SPECIFIC STORE REPRESENTS. Footlocker as a whole is a Great Company however this FOOTLOCKER at the SOUTH PARK MALL is HORRIBLE!! This store's PROFESSIONALISM & CUSTOMER SERVICE are both HORRIBLE.
