Probably my favorite steak house ever.
I have been to Cut three times and all three times have had excellent service and a phenomenal meal.
Steaks: I've had the American Wagyu 8 oz Filet Mignon twice and my mouth waters every time I think about it. Easily the best steak I've ever had.
I've also tried the True Japanese Wagyu. I loved this steak and thought it was amazing, but I didn't think it was better enough to justify the much higher price tag over the American Wagyu. The Japanese version is about two times the price over the American.
So first time visitors I'd recommend trying any of the American Wagyu versions to give yourself a new perspective on how good steak can be.
