  • this place is not closed. we just used them a week or so ago to inspect a potential home purchase. our inspector, David Sturgeon, was as good as it gets. he took about 2.5 hours to go through EVERYTHING! i know it's their job, but he walked with me through the house at different intervals to point out what he was looking for and what needed to be repaired before we bought the home. if i spontaneously had a question, he would stop his report and answer them fully and without making me feel like a nimwit for asking. his report was clean and concise with plenty of photos. he tested everything fully with complete competence. extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. they also do computer documentation and termite inspection. when we buy again, we will personally ask for David.
