  • I absolutely love living in Mosaic South End. From day one, the staff in this apartment community has been amazing. Alex Bayyat took me on the tour. He was super patient with me and made sure I got the best pricing available. He helped me throughout the application process and was very kind and professional. On move in day the office manager took excellent care of me. My unit is amazing. It has floor to ceiling windows so it is super bright in my apartment when I open the blinds. It has updated lighting, a huge garden tub and high countertop surfaces. They have many floor plan options to choose from so residence can select what's best for them. My one bedroom has a sunroom which I now conveniently use as my home office. Valet trash comes timely. I am most impressed with the communities office staff and maintenance staff. I had a few minor issues like a light bulb that needed to be changed, etc. and they sent someone to my unit to fix the problem immediately. The maintenance staff was also kind and very professionally. He was both quick and efficient with addressing all of me needs. I couldn't be happier with my new move to this community as the staff has truly made the difference. I do miss having a 24 hour clubhouse I can rent but the gym is always accessible and the pool has an amazing waterfall to make up for it. Love this place!
