They are good at what they do and by that I mean scamming people, dishonest, slime balls..
The "person" I was emailing about a car here didn't exist at the store when I made an appointment to meet him and look at the car. FINALLY, someone else at the dealer took the time to show me the car. They attempted to sell the car for $5000 higher then I saw the listing for, thank goodness I had printed the ad and brought it with me or they would have not believed me! Oh and charged me for tint when the car has none and the free oil changes that I was going to get were a lie too! They rolled an extra $4000.00 into my contract, which I found a day later when I was at home because the numbers did not make sense, so I was forced to use the 3 day return slip just to adjust the contract! When I went to adjust the contract the guy that helped me the night before went home early and then the NEW guy they sent over to deal with me didn't really want to rewrite it. Then I said I will leave here with out the car. Then he went away from about 1/2 hour and rewrote it and then 3 or so hours later we ended up at a number closer to what they had promised, but STILL not the exact number. Biggest mistake I made was thinking it was all okay when I left there that night! HEADACHE after HEADACHE!!!
THEN, they PROMISED me where my contract would be sent and 4 weeks later, not even knowing yet if I owned the car, or where it was sent ( so I was unable to drive it! ) after attempting more that 10 times, on several different occasions to contact the GM (which by the way didn't exist either as I was told on the phone ) or someone who was willing to help ( NOT ONE PERSON WAS WILLING TO HELP) I really just wanted to give the car back and run away from these creeps.
They put me through to a man that I had never met or talked to named Vladimir. He was by far the most disrespectful man I have ever met. I simply asked a question, he then began to yet at me so loudly I had to pull the phone away from ear and then when he finished yelling he hung up on me. So, I still have no idea if the fiance contract had gone through. I called back and they told me he was out. I waited until the next day, called they put me back through to Vladimir he began yelling at me again when I then told him if he we didn't get this taken care of I was going to need to take further action. He then gave me a FALSE fiance company name so I went on a wild goose chase trying to find where my loan was sent. I then on the 3rd day called back and was put through to him again when he told me I was harassing him (haha) I called him out and told him he gave me false information and he said "what do you want me to do? We sell cars! I don't know where the contract went I am sure you'll find out when something comes the mail." But he did make sure that he threatened me that if the payment was not made they will repo the car from my driveway! Only thing was I had no idea where to send the payment and NO ONE would help me. I was pretty shocked to say the least.
This was my first time buying from a dealer and and buying the car I had been dreaming about for so long and they totally RUINED every minute of it!
