  • The bridal coordinators at the Arroyo Crossing store on Rainbow are incredible!!! They're all so personable, Carina, nicest seamstress, I've ever met, went above and beyond to make my wedding shopping experience memorable and so much fun, she cleaned my shoes and assured my slip was new and clean and Hannah was very kind they were so engaged, much more personable compared to the David's Bridal on Sahara, very cold, and unhelpful. The Store on Arroyo Crossing was more like a boutique feel. They have a sweet tradition to ring the bell when you find your dress and make 2 wishes so touching! Update: Well I'm back unfortunately was a great experience until they forgot my slip on my wedding day, then I called to talk to the manager, no return of my calls for 2 weeks!!! She was avoiding me! I went down to get the money back, no apology, didn't ever get to speak to this manager, the manger at this location is horrific. She should not be the manager very unprofessional the way she handles things, the ladies who work there are wonderful, the seamstress great as well, but I won't be back due to that awful manager!
