  • DO NOT RENT HERE! Go to a different location. Let me start with I have NEVER been talked to or treated so poorly. By the manager of this location, at that! Mr. Tye. He is rude in a manner that is ignorant. He loves to spell his name out arrogantly like he can't be touched. From the start it was a bad experience. He destroyed my opinion of Enterprise. Out of all my experiences with Enterprise. He does not fit the customer service standards, that I have experienced at every location but his. The standards I believe Enterprise values and works hard to uphold. I am a member of there rewards program and have spent thousands in the last few months. I was lied to and treated like trash. Will not repeat. I highly recommend any location but his.
