  • I have taken my vehicles to this location a few times for oil changes and to inspect why my car was shaking. The last time I was there was for the shaking car and their solution was 4 brand new tires and breaks. After spending over $600 on new tires I decided to get my breaks done else where. I have gotten a new set a breaks on but my driver side was screeching so when I went in today to have an oil change I had asked them to take a look at the breaks to see what could be causing the issue. I dropped my car off at 1:30pm and went back a little after 5pm when I got off work to pick it up. They had called me at all and when I got there my car was still up on a l8ft woth another car parked under it. I was told the reason was to see if I wanted new breaks put on my car. I was extremely annoyed. They had my car for 5 hours, no phone call and even after telling them I got new breaks put on they wanted to do the breaks again since they weren't done by them. On top of that I got into my car to leave and it doesn't even seem like they did the oil change that I pa8d for either. It's too dark to check it now but I plan to check it forst thing in the morning.
