  • RV Renovators went the extra mile for us. After bringing in our 5th wheel to repair some exterior damage I caused, we left the rig with them and went to Hawaii. Despite our return flight coming in on Sunday, Mark, the Service Manager, met us at their location to allow us to pick up our rig and then corrected an error on the bill to match the estimate. The repair was first class and our 5th wheel looked as good as new. Then, when we had trouble getting the hydraulic jacks to work Mark called the technician (don't forget this is Sunday) to help us get going. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem. Turned out to be my old battery hadn't taken a charge and was low. Replaced the battery and got on our way. All the people I dealt with were first class and professional.
