I was just writting to let the manager and owners know about their employees... They're very rude towards customer. On more than one occasion... Every time I'm there with my sister for her appt they are behind the counter talking smack about guests and patients. Well knowing the lobby can hear them talking about them... They're always snippy and short with people when they're asking a legit question..... I know its not my profession but if someone who isnt in that field can tell when something is wrong then that means there's a problem...
