rev:text	One of the owners responded to my previous review and offered free dry cleaning for future visit to make up for my bad experience. I have to say, I am a softy for business owners who truly and genuinely care about their customers. I appreciate her taking time in explaining to me why the service (that time) was not up to their regular standard, and that her willingness to compensate me for my bad experience. 2-stars for sincerity and genuinity!
