  • I lived for almost a year at the Walnut on Highland building, and cannot say enough positive things. Though the rent was pricey, living in a formerly empty, but beautifully remodeled building with all new appliances and wonderful wood floors was really a treat. I really appreciate Walnut Capital's recognition of the potential for that building -- and refurbishing it, rather than razing it. However, the real value comes for me in service. Being able to pay rent online and submit maintenance requests online was fantastic. In addition, I move around a lot for work, and after I moved out, the management office at Walnut Capital worked with me very patiently to take care of all follow up business as I relocated twice before all final business was taken care of.
