Employees and manager, Stephanie, were unapologetic even after realizing that they screwed our account numbers as they accidentally" reported them stolen even though we have our cards when renewing our membership cards. As a consequence of this, our Costco travel accounts don't longer linked because they issued new account numbers. We wasted a bunch of time doing all this, to all be done wrong and then offered a phone number, which she never fund, to call online support (so we can waste yet gain another 45 mins - all to be a member for another year). It's a shame, as we are usually very satisfied with Costco but NOT at this location- never to come back here to experience "a don't give a ...t attitude".
