The best food experiences are always the unexpected ones. We happened to be driving around off strip and saw this place out of the corner of our eye. Feeling the hunger pangs that had been growing all day we decided to go against the Vegas standard of hitting up a buffet and stopped in. It's a small place, rather unimpressive from the outside and your standard BBQ joint in the inside but you won't regret the food! We ordered the rib tips, the burnt ends and the hot links, all by the pound and shared between the all of us as a snack. Everyone was in agreement that it was some of the best bbq they've ever tasted and I'd have to agree. Spicy, smokey and not the overly sweet stuff other places serve. The favorite had to be the burnt ends, I could've eaten just that with some of the sides that I was eyeing. Next Vegas trip, I'm forgoing a buffet and spending a few good hours and eating the all you can eat special they've got there. Here's to next time!
