  • I went there yesterday for a pedicure and I had gel polish on my toes. When I told her she immediately went and grabbed the electric spinning nail file to remove my polish. She placed no type of acetone or remover to attempt to try to weaken the polish. Not only did she burn my nail beds on many toes but she tore up the skin around my nails. She gave me cuts & made me bleed and now I have sores, in fact a day later my toes are aching from the damage she caused. (side note: it was a used file tip so who knows what type of infection I will get plus she didn't take it off and throw it away so ?? Did she use that bloody file on someone else?) After that they just burned. To add insult, the pedi was horrible with her non existent scrubbing to my heels and feet. When done, she had the audacity to charge me for the gel removal. Will never go here again!
