I like to depend on Petagogy for quality products, and assume that quality service is a part of the deal. Walked in looking for a really nice leather collar and leash set for my pup. They had random options, which was fine - I did find a collar, so I offered to pay in advance to potentially special order the matching leash. The woman working this morning couldn't have been less helpful in the process so I set the collar I liked down and simply decided to find the set online, which I hate doing. I came here to spend money here, not online. She basically offered no help and no options in helping me obtain a set from the company they clearly already order from. She had no idea when they would get more in and said "it's random" and merely said "we can call you when we get more in"... not even detailing if I could get the leash I was hoping to get in stock, or help me see what the stock options even are. I ended up wasting my time and she was disinterested in even helping me, the conversation lasted less than 60 seconds. She was on the computer herself the entire time, seemed more important to her than actually helping customers.
