| - Service Dept Review: I worked with John. Nice guy, free drink, free ride home....the works. My car had a light come up on the dash that I didn't recognize so I had these guys check it out. After having the car for five hours John calls me and says that they still don't know what it is, but if I'd like to spend an additional $599.95 (not to be confused with $600, trust me I asked) they could continue to "run diagnostics" and try to figure out what the mysterious codes meant. I wanted to clarify what the $599.95 would cover since I was already paying $99.95 (not $100) for them to diagnose....which they hadn't done since they still didn't know what was wrong. Anyway, I was told the additional "diagnosing" would of course only cover labor and that the part that they "thought" "might possibly" be broken would cost $1600. Are you kidding me?! What kind of person would just get that phone call and say "Sure, you guys couldn't figure anything out in five hours with a car your OWN company manufactured, here's another $600 bucks, let's see what you can do!"? Anyway, I told them not to do anything else and went and picked the car up. I still ended up paying $90 for, from what I can tell, nothing more than a car wash. Ninety dollars later I still don't know what's wrong. Thanks guys.
