  • This is a great place. I am so glad my wife wanted to stop here because it turned out to be an awesome cup of coffee. I have been here a few times now, and I have not been disappointed. By the way, the honey vanilla latte is super good. I have to say, probably my favorite part about this place is the owner. He's a very personable guy who seems to want to please his customers, and I dig that. This is exactly the type of business I prefer to give my money to. I am so sick of people thinking that S*******s is a good cup of coffee. They are overpriced, and usually rude, and you know as well as I do their drinks are not good. Skimos is one of the few businesses that is actually trying to create and offer a good product, and to them every customer is important. Besides, it's nice to not support a giant that wants to use my dollars to push an agenda that I don't agree with. Someone reviewed earlier and said something like "they're not ready to play with the big dogs". Well I say GOOD! I want a local business owner that can benefit from my patronage. I wish for success for Skimos. I do have to add one thing that I consider important. It's not a negative on Skimos, but they could assist in solving the problem. I just happen to like coffee, and I'm not a baby... so sometimes I would enjoy a drink size a little larger than 16oz. Not critical, but just being honest. Best of luck to Skimos.
