  • Please dont make the mistake my husband and I made. I wish we never stepped a foot in this store. All they do is LIE! I assume they all work off commission so of course,they will only tell you what you want to hear. We were told by Anthony that our merchandise (which was ordered in July) would be available in 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 2 month! In August we made several attempts to find out the status of our order and they kept lying to us. It has been 2 months and we have only received half our order. Still waiting for the other half! If you need furniture, Id recommended going to Living Spaces.They are honest and dont work on commission. We had custom made furniture that we ordered at Living Spaces and our order came 1 day short of 2 weeks. We were so happy with Living Spaces we ordered more furniture and in 3 weeks, our entire house is furnished EXCEPT for the 1 bedroom we bought the bedroom set from The Room Store. Hate that im forced to give them 1 star. They don't deserve any stars!!!!!
