Have always had Luxury HVAC service all our family members homes. A year ago, I invested in a furnace filter that isn't thrown out monthly; rather, you rinse it out instead. Called to ask to purchase an additional one for my parents' house (the repair guy was there recently).The confusion over trying to buy one (I'd invested $75 a year ago) was surprising. As there aren't many sold, so it isn't a stocked item, BUT the good news is that they can order one for $40 (sizes vary of course). It was clear that this was putting the person on the phone out. Even better, when I asked if it could be dropped off anytime their repairmen were in the vicinity I was told they'd have to charge a service call. What! No worries with ordering from Luxury. If the staff is that put out by selling products to support their services, maybe another company would better meet our needs.
