  • They called us 10 minutes after the time they were due to arrive at our home to begin installation to tell us they were not coming. They had to reschedule due to an error on their end. Rescheduled for a week later. They showed up late and installed two broken windows! Had to come another day to replace the broken windows. When we pointed out that the replacement was difficult to open without a good deal of force. We were told we had to "break it in". Following week we are sitting in our living room and can hear water pouring in the new front window! Wall soaked,window sill drenched. Called customer service, no call back. Follow up call to see how our recent service was, we tell this person that we have a huge leak in our front window. She states she'll have someone call us. Next person tells us we have to wait two days for someone to come and "inspect " our window. After some back and forth , they agree to come next day. Someone comes and looks and tells us that yes indeed we have a leak due to poor installation. He did not fix it, said someone would come next day at 1:00 to repair the mistake. Now it's 2:30, no one is here yet, no phone call!!! Terrible experience. Would not recommend this company
