  • I took a weekend trip with my daughter to Charlotte and the stay was very disappointing! First room we stayed in had a very strong odor . They kindly switched us the next day and the room was just worn and torn just like the first one . Mold in bathroom and dirty tiles and hairs on bathroom floor! Shower enclosure leaking water everywhere. Not enough towels! Hotel is old and very dated and not clean I had bites on my legs from bedbugs ! The manager promised me $100 off the invoice .... im still waiting on that credit 5 months later and honestly if you don't want to give a credit don't say you will!
