  • Rent is ridiculously priced , ever keep changing and feel like we're paying for NY/SFO. Apartment staff are friendly as long as we don't raise big issues. I'd constant stomping noise from upstairs and after even after several complaints, nothing much done except they sent a letter to tenant upstairs. After a follow-up complaint , staff stopped responding completely. Also due to narrow roads, cars drive super fast and it's very dangerous to kids playing around. There're many town homes/apartments for rental in Ballantyne , please explore your options before stepping in this place.
