  • I've been to many Menchie's locations, and this one was by far the dirtiest, topping containers at your store are all cloudy and looks like it has never been washed, topping counter/ frozen bar grimy and some frozen toppings were empty. Staff doesn't tend to these tasks and just stands in the bubble(cash area).
