| - I am upgrading my original rating from two stars to three simply because management reached out to me with an apology and an assurance that the issues I raised in my review of 2//13/2017 are being addressed.
I really want to like this dispensary; some of their promos are excellent; however, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Recently I went here to take advantage of a "buy 2 get 1 free" promo on prerolls. As I was paying for my order, I noted I wasn't getting the promo price, and asked why. The "bud tender" explained that the promo wasn't on all prerolls, only some strain specific. When I pulled up the promo from my email, and also looked at the promo in the dispensary itself, I found no mention of this restriction; and so I departed to Swell on Bell and 19th Ave and made my preroll purchase.
A week or so ago I stopped in at 10 AM to purchase a couple of edibles and take advantage of the "early bird special" which includes a free mini-edible. I noticed that there was a daily special of $8 Maui Wowie grams and asked for four. The budtender had only two in her supply drawer and was reluctant to go find some more. When I stated that it was only 10 AM, and if this was the daily special, I was sure there were more in stock, she found one in the adjacent empty point of sale station, but declined to search for any others.
Today is a great Huxton promo on flower and vape, but the menu doesn't show any vape in stock, so it is difficult to determine if in fact this promo is worth the trip. A quick phone call elicited that there was some, but what size, strain, and price was unknown as they were too busy to look.
As they say on ESPN - "come on man"!
