  • For some reason the atmosphere in this Exchange feels much different than any other location. Any time I come in the workers look unpleasant and act like I am disturbing their entire day by going up to the counter to inquire about products. When I have items to sell off they give me the absolute bottom dollar that they can offer. I never walk out of there with anything significant. Kind of discouraging and makes me feel like they are ripping me off. There are better places in the area that are locally owned and provide much better service. Or travel to the Lakewood or Coventry locations and they treat their customers much better.
