  • Reading these reviews- had me scared before I even got here today. Getting blood taken is something that is already not fun for me, or I'm sure any of you. I'm happy to say this was a good experience for me. Checked in, lady at the desk was polite and upbeat, despite having a full House of people needing things done. I maybe sat for three minutes before I was Called back (made an appointment online). My phlebotomist Rachel was sweet and took her time in finding my vein before sticking me (I have deep veins so I am always a hard stick). I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
