  • The tenant gave Aire's number to me and I called with a $500 budget. They came in in 45 mins (Friday night) and found out the problem. Some AC tech before I bought this condo wired it incorrectly. The technician, Ruben, from Aire checked through and fixed it in 40 mins, without asking me for any additional recommended service. To my surprise, the bill is half as I expected. and he apply a $75 coupon for me without hesitation. I have couple of rental units and when I have future HVAC problems, I will call AIRE SERV without hesitation.
