This was our last dinner after relaxing for a few days at Mandalay Bay. We came for an early dinner so we beat the dinner rush. Service was good and our server was efficient.
We had the pan-fried noodles with chicken, filet mignon with asparagus and an order of the tonkatsu Ramen. The meat entree came with only one small bowl of steamed rice but that was actually more than enough even with me grabbing a few spoonfuls every now and then.
My hubby's favorite is pan-fried noodles. So when we saw this on the menu we HAD to have it. There was just enough sauce to coat and soften the thin noodles without making it too soggy. The chicken was tender and the veggies were crisp.
The filet mignon and asparagus was light and delicious. The meat was tender and the asparagus was delicious and seasoned well.
The girls shared a bowl of Tonkatsu ramen. I wish the noodles were freshly made but it worked. The broth was good and went well with the mushrooms in it.
In the end, everything was eaten and there wasn't any leftovers. Definitely a good choice for us.
