  • Not what I asked for Over the last 2 years, I've been going to Union Hair Parlor and haven't requested any drastic changes, so it was always okay, just a trim or a couple of inches taken up. But my last hair cut, I wanted and asked for bangs and a few new longer layers, what I got was a David Bowie mullet. Too much hair was cut to make my bangs, something which I said in the middle of my haircut that she was doing. She was so consumed with talking about her personal life, that she was NOT paying attention to what she was doing or what I was saying. That was 6 months ago and after many tears and 3 months of pulling all my hair back in a ponytail and then growing it out, I will not be going back. I shouldn't ever have to ask a hairstylist to pay attention to what they are doing, I'm paying to have my hair cut, not catch up on someone's personal life and drama.
