| - I was brought here by my boyfriend for my birthday dinner. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left the service was amazing. The hostesses at the door both greeted us with a smile and wished me a happy bday. When we were seated or amazing waiter, Art, was there to greet us and again I was wish a happy bday. As soon as we said that we woukd like water to drink we blinked and it was there on the table.
Now onto the food... Art explained the menu and made recommendations. We decided on the Portobello fries with aoili... AMAZING. I decided on the butterfish and it was delicious. It was not the best that I have ever had but it definitely did not disappoint. Rarely do I finish my but tonight it was clean. My boyfriend had salmon and it too was delicious and did not disappoint. I also had the black and blue berry mojito, oh I wish I would of had a 2nd one.
For dessert, which we don't usually do, we had the Carmel turtle and it was ah-maze-ing.
What was observed.... Being it was our first time we like to people watch, watch the staff and check out the crowd. The WHOLE team worked together as a TEAM. Watch closely and you will see how they communicate passing little card(s) and whispering about likes, dislikes, allergies, reason for visit, anniversary, bdays. We watched as each team member picked up to help the next. How the team in the kitchen worked together to get the food out. How ALL of them helped clean off plates and glasses from tables. To include the manager helping with getting food out to tables.
Thank you Echo and Rig Team for giving us an excellent experience.
