  • Probably the worst Petco in Phoenix. I went to this Petco a few time, every time when I was there, I had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone can get me fish at the aquatic section. And the aquatic person didn't know anything about fish, didn't know how to net the fish, he even dropped the fish on the floor, and was trying to lie about that. One time I expressed my concern about all the extremely sick fish I saw in at least 18 different tanks, told the aquatic guy the fish was badly infected with ich, and please treat them with medicine. All he was doing was getting defensive, and told me they were fine, and it is none of my business. At this same incident, a coworker of his came over to the other customers near by, and said I was an a-hole for being a smart a**. As well as telling me to go to the other Petco because I am not welcomed. Complained to the corporate. Never heard anything from anybody after that.
