rev:text	Do not sign a lease here, this has been the absolute worst living experience I've ever had. Every negative yelp review is accurate and I experienced it. We pushed back our move in date so they could "repair" a leak in the master bedroom and within a month of living there the same leak they had fixed started again and was dripping over an electrical outlet. When I called emergency maintenance no one came to help, all I was told not to plug anything in to that outlet. Once I finally got someone to come fix it, they left a giant tarp taped to my ceiling funneled into a trash can and was left there for 3 weeks with no one bothering to actually fix it until I got the property management involved. My dishwasher wouldn't open unless I opened my stove all the way and even then it didn't open completely. The water was shut off from 9-5 once or twice a week for the first 2 months I lived there, sometimes without notice. On two different occasions my Internet was out due to them renovating and the second time I was told it was something I needed to fix and it wasn't their fault but I talked to a different person who told me that this happens all the time and it was their fault. The cops are there constantly with crime vans and roaming the complex. I had a 13 month lease and the security gate was broken and permanently open for more than half of that time, I have never felt so unsafe. Parking there was a struggle everyday, someone was always in my spot that I pay for monthly and there was never any uncovered parking if my spot was taken. You will hear the music from the clubs in old town all night and hear and see all the drunk people stumbling through the complex since the gate was literally always open. Whenever you call the front office no one ever answers or gets back to you. They are still trying to charge me for things and I moved out almost two months ago. When I called about the unknown charges the assistant manager was unavailable for a week and a half or I had "just missed her" and apparently is the only one who could give me that information. I called twice with no call back so I went in and she still wasn't there. I left a note with the person who was there for her to call me. A week went by and 4 more phone calls with no answers. I finally emailed the property manager to discuss these charges. Once she broke down the charges for me I noticed that one charge was $180 for pet related stains even after they did a pet inspection before we moved out. We've never had a pet there and the carpet definitely was not new when we moved in. The only way they saw these "pet stains" were under a black light that I was not present for and I had no way of knowing that those stains were even there when we moved in. As soon as I mentioned that the stains could have from previous renters and the carpet stains could have remained there from not being cleaned properly, all contact stopped. They will show you a beautiful apartment with updated appliances and new everything, once you sign you're stuck in an ancient apartment with appliances that barely work. I could go on and on about what I've experienced here but I think this shows how awful this place is. I should have listened to these reviews, don't make the same mistake I did. UPDATE: After not responding to my emails about the "pet stains" for 3 months, I got a voicemail from a different associate saying I still had a remaining balance that I owe. I haven't lived there for 5 months.
