Bachi Burger! Remember that because it's the only place you will ever need to know and go after trying one of their incredibly juicy and delicious burgers.
Here are some tips before you head out there for the first time, assuming you're staying on the strip. Be sure to grab a few (preferably three) of your hungry and adventurous food buddies with you. Then holler a cab and don't forget to get a contact number from the cab driver/company so you can call for a cab when you're done. Bachi Burger is located about twenty minutes away from the strip and there's hardly any cab around that neighborhood. If you don't want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere for hours, remember to get that number. Also, it will run you about $60 cab-fare with tips for round trip. It's not that bad when you split that among four people. Another plus side of having few more people venturing out with you is that you'll get to try few more items on the menu. Yes, it may sound like a lot of hassle and expensive just to try a burger, but that BURGER is worth it!
As for recommendation from the menu, I'd skip Ronin and Kiki Burger and go straight to the juicy and flavorful Miyaki-san's Grass-Fed Wagyu Burger. It's a perfect combination of caramelized bacon, crispy onion rings, fried eggs with chili mayo in the burger. So pull up those sleeves, loosen that belt and get ready for a chow down!
