  • For each hour of delay a star must be taken away. Since I'm delayed 6+ hours, negative 2 stars it is. This was not a weather delay but an equipment delay, namely a non-functioning crapper. I am not sure what they were waiting for, perhaps a plunger, since I was told it was a 'maintenance' issue. The plane arrived from SFO at 6:40 pm the previous evening. One would think a quick jaunt to Home Depot would have yielded the requisite plunger. Sorry United, you did me wrong this time.
