  • Had 3 eye exams before they got it right. Billed the insurance and myself for frames that I gave back when I gave them my old frames to use. Emailed and called and no response. Called and finally spoke with someone but they are getting a new manager so I have to wait longer to see if they will refund my $65 dollars. They were quick to refund my insurance but not me. The frames are very expensive. Even with insurance I paid over 300$
