  • I've lived here for almost 2 years and have had few complaints. The few times I've had to call for maintenance they've been quick to respond and got things done quickly. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and seem to care about their tenants. I checked out nearly every decent complex in the area before I moved in and anything I found for the same price was run down or tiny. Anything as nice and spacious was at least $200 more a month plus an extra $100 for a garage which is included in most of the units here. The grounds are kept nice and the pools are clean and usually not very crowded. My neighbors are all very nice mostly quiet people. Aside from a few yapping dogs I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live for the money. Also, a great location!
